PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On March 28th at 12:38 a.m. Ofc. Aaron Kacergis arrested
Michael P. Locke, 30, of Truro who was charged with
Intimidating a witness
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On March 27th at 4:24 p.m. Ofc Thomas Roda arrested
Lucas Moabe Pires, 22, of Hyannis who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
No registration in possession
Speeding

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On March 27th at 13:01 p.m.
Shawn E. Arsenault, 59, of Wellfleet was charged with
Larceny over $250

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for March:
On March 13th at 1:08 a.m.
Jordan E. Baglione, 26, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Number plate violation

On March 15th at 5:48 p.m.
Cathleen J. Osterloh, 50, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On March 25th at 9:55 a.m.
Benjamin H. Covell, 28, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class E substance

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On March 26th at 10:21 a.m.
Justin L. Robertson, 29, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
Unarmed burglary
Larceny from a building
Improper use of a credit card over $250
Improper use of a credit card under $250 (4 counts)
Attempt to commit a crime (larceny)
Resisting arrest (6 counts)
Possession of a Class B substance
Assault and battery on a police officer

On March 29th at 12:27 p.m.
Kenneth Nestree Leighton Jr., 53, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On March 30th at 5:00 p.m.
Andrew Lance Sargent, 34, of Pocasset was charged with
Warrant arrest
