Weekly police department arrests/reports 4/17/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On April 15th at 1:38 p.m. Sgt. Scott Holway arrested
Nicholas A. Stevens, 31, of Rehoboth, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On April 10th at 11:24 a.m.
Christopher S. Baker, 35, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Intimidating a witness

On April 10th at 11:44 a.m.
Tyler Michael Brown, 20, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On April 11tha t 4:38 p.m.
James Robert Orlando, 50, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
Distribution a Class E substance
Warrant arrest

On April 11th at 9:01 p.m.
Natasha A. Carr, 19, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Fail to stop for police
Vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards
and
Ahmad Y. Faiky, 19, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
