Weekly police department arrests/reports 5/29/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On May 23rd at 9:02 p.m. Ofc. Sarah Harding arrested
Jennifer Frances Gomes, 33, of New Bedford, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 25th at 12:18 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Albert M. Perry, 64, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 26th at 1:35 p.m.
Joshua Wardwell, 28, of Hyannis was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 28th at 12:59 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Gustavo Balestrero, 32, of Newton, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Vandalizing property
Possession of a Class B substance

On May 28th at 10:51 a.m. Sgt. Glenn Enos arrested
William D. Maher, 71, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On May 24th at 8:16 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Starbard arrested
Jason L. Brown, 32, of Truro who was charged with
Assault and battery on a police officer
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct
Interfering with an officer

On May 26th at 8:24 p.m. Sgt. Craig Bayer arrested
David A. Roach, 51, of North Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Uninspected vehicle
Defective equipment
No license in possession
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On May 23rd at 7:40 p.m.
Christian G. Holmes of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 23rd at 10:25 p.m.
Paige B. Whalen of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On May 21st at 6:53 p.m.
Cayla E. Tavares, 26, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 23rd at 9:19 p.m.
John N. Palazzola, 45, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
OUI-related offense while license suspended for OUI-related offense

On May 24th at 7:13 p.m.
Brian Anthony Ferreira, 50, of Teaticket was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 26th at 12:51 a.m.
Scott W. Reynolds Jr., 23, of East Taunton, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 26th at 6:08 p.m.
Phillip L. Murphy, 47, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of personal injury
Leaving the scene of property damage (2 counts)
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 26th at 9:29 p.m.
Jennifer A. Estes, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
