Weekly police department arrests/reports 6/05/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On May 30th at 1:22 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Ivan Dario Ramirez, 44, of Naples, FL who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Texting while driving

On June 4th at 9:22 a.m. Ofc. Kathryn Catanese arrested
Luis Benjamin Navarez, 41, of Hyannis who was charged with
Operating without a license

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past month:
On May 3rd at 6:45 a.m.
Michael B. Daley, 48, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

On May 8th at 12:06 p.m.
Jameson G. Law, 23, of Orleans was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 13th
Herculano S. Oliveira, 52, of Norwood, MA was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Interfering with officer
Resisting arrest

On May 22nd at 7:06 p.m.
Eric R. Karber, 43, of Brewster was charged with
Resisting arrest

On May 23rd at 3:14 p.m.
Eric R. Karber, 43, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 26th at 10:56 p.m.
Craig A. Clark, 56, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 27th at 4:35 a.m.
Lwame A. Johnson, 22, of Chatham was charged with
Assault
Assault with a dangerous weapon (2 counts)
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Reckless endangerment of a child
Resisting arrest

On May 27th at 7:35 p.m.
Joshua A. Dimino, 26, of Salem, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating after registration suspended
Uninsured vehicle
Operating without a license
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Breaking and entering with the intent to commit a misdemeanor

On May 29th at 10:56 a.m.
Thymanda Jackson, 18, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 30th at 6:46 a.m.
Kate L. Roy, 27, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On May 28th at 5:45 p.m.
Jermaine Anthony Green, 40, of Teaticket was charged with
Failing to obey police officer
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Uninspected vehicle
Assault and battery on a police officer

On May 29th at 6:05 a.m.
David Michael Burton, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 30th at 10:26 a.m.
Kimberly Spuhler, 45, was chargedwith
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)
Alcoholic/liquor beverage violation
and
Rudy P. Gullbrant, 54 was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Alcoholic/liquor beverage violation

On May 30th at 5:27 p.m.
Ronald F. Goulart, 58, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

On May 30th at 6:59 p.m.
Brian E. Martin, 35, of Waquoit was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 31st at 10:29 a.m.
Albert J. Teufel, 65, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 1st at 5:09 p.m.
Jordan E. Fish, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

On June 2nd at 12:28 a.m.
Stephen Lewis Perra, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding
Brakes violation
MV not meeting safety standards
Equipment violation

On June 2nd at 7:06 p.m.
Francis X. O’Rourke, 53, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct (2 counts)
Lewd, wanton & lascivious conduct
Indecent assault and battery on a person over 14
Open and gross lewdness

On June 2nd at 9:15 p.m.
Ronald R. Zampanti, 48, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On June 3rd at 4:18 p.m.
Kayle Rebecca Valiela, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Warrant arrest
and
Stephen E. Zine, 28, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of ammunition without FID card
Uninspected vehicle
and
Terrence Scott Croce, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
