Weekly police department arrests/reports 6/11/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On June 8th at 4:00 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
James Arthur Boggan, 23, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating without a license

On June 8th at 6:19 p.m. Ofc. Shannon Beloin arrested
Elena Mae Montoya, 43, of North Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 8th at 11:54 p.m.
Ralph Terrell, 46, of Provincetown was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On June 9th at 8:40 a.m. Ofc. Jason Sullivan arrested
James Arthur Boggan, 23, of Richmond, VA who was charged with
Breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Trespassing

On June 10th at 1:02 a.m. Ofc. John Sarnacki arrested
Gerald Particelli, 61, of Provincetown who was charged with
Trespassing

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On June 6th
David Paul Trower, 57, of San Diego, CA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license

On June 8th
Ian Matthew Edwards, 20, of Yarmouth Port was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
No license in possession
Speeding

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the month of May:
On May 1st at 1:31 p.m.
Richard W. Smith Jr., 50, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Resisting arrest
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On May 8th at 2:15 a.m.
Sanele Nzimande, 24, of Brewster was charged with
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Malicious destruction of property over $1,200
Malicious destruction of property under $1,200
Attempt to commit a crime
Disturbing the peace

On May 13th at 12:30 p.m.
R. Adam Plaice, 30, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Uninspected vehicle
Speeding

On May 18th at 6:55 p.m.
Daniel C. Vera, 35, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Fail to stop for police
Trespassing with a motor vehice

On May 20th at 6:10 a.m.
Hassah R. Armstrong, 45, of Windsor, CT was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 21st at 10:04 p.m.
Branden D. Nutter, 18, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 28th at 7:23 p.m.
Donald L. Savage, 60, of Brewstesr was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 31st at 9:38 p.m.
Charles Thomas McCormick, 29, of West Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Child endangerment while OUI
Possession of a Class A substance
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
Mark D. Rosenfield, 60, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 9th at 9:48 p.m.
Patrick Ryan Cunningham, 35, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license
Fail to stop for police
Refuse to produce RMV paperwork
Fail to obey police officer
