Weekly police department arrests/reports 6/25/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On June 18th at 1:51 p.m. Sgt. Christoper Landry arrested
Michael P. Bothun, 70, of North Truro was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to move over for emergency vehicle

On June 19th at 7:05 p.m. Ofc. John Sarnacki arrested
Steven G. Azar, 37, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 21st at 1:24 a.m. Sgt. Christopher Landry arrested
Michael A. Kmak, 35, of Chicago, IL who was charged with
Assault and battery
Strangulation

On June 21st at 10:18 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Moorman arrested
Jon David Wiegand, 53, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On June 18th
Kristine R. Barrio, 55, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On June 17th at 1:08 a.m.
Aaron N. Rose, 39, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 19th at 12:04 a.m.
Bobbi M. Nemoto, 54, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 22nd at 12:47 p.m.
Scott Christian Wallace, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Trespassing
Warrant arrest

On June 22nd at 7:22 p.m.
Nicholas Lee Cummings, 28, of Chatanooga, TN was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 22nd at 10:59 p.m.
John A. Reine II, 52, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
