Weekly police department arrests/reports 7/16/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report that there were nine arrests for the past week, however, all of them had to be redacted under state law.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On July 13th at 1:04 a.m. Ofc. Kyree Larrabee arrested
Marena Y. Cruz, 27, of Central Falls, RI who was charged with
Warrant arrest

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 9th
Daniel J. Murray, 54, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On July 14th
Elizabeth N. Edmunds, 26, of Framingham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Defective equipment
Texting while driving

On July 15th
Charles F. Bess, 34, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 9th at 1:08 p.m.
Michael K. Melvin, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On July 9th at 7:50 p.m.
Diamond Lynn Stewart, 19, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 11th at 6:21 p.m.
Jerry E. Wesoloski, 56, of Arlington, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On July 13th at 10:23 p.m.
Britani E. Santos, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 13th at 11:26 p.m.
Karin M. Sacco, 49, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 14th at 11:29 p.m.
Brenden Barry Davis, 23, of Teaticket was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
