PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 15th at 7:47 p.m. Ofc. Kas-Wayne Samuels arrested
Kevin J. Barden, 39, of San Francisco, CA was charged with
Larceny from a person (2 counts)
On July 16th at 3:40 a.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Tyler Gomes, 35, of New York, NY who was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance
On July 16th at 5:22 p.m. Ofc. Kas-Wayne Samuels arrested
Jon D. Wiegand, 53, of New York, NY who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
On July 21st at 7:34 p.m. Ofc. Joshua Holmes arrested
Elena M. Montoya, 43, of Truro who was charged with
Operating without a license
Operating after registration suspended
Uninsured vehicle
Warrant arrest
On July 22nd at 1:16 a.m. Ofc. Taylor Pfaff arrested
Ralph Terrell, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Assault and battery with bodily injury to intimidate
Disorderly conduct
and
Rupert R. Bliss, 40, of North Truro who was charged with
Indecent assault and battery
Resisting arrest

On July 17th at 1:43 p.m. Ofc. Matthew Cascio arrested
Mark P. Foscaldo, 47, of Millis, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

Leaving the scene of property damage

On July 18th at 1:20 a.m.
David M. Crockett, 30, of Haverford, PA was charged with

Gregory M. Clark, 40, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

Loretto F. Arzola, 19, of Falmouth was charged with

Morgan Spencer Anders, 34, of Watertowm, MA was charged with
