Weekly police department arrests/reports 7/24/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 16th at 9:06 p.m. Ofc. Jefferson Willis arrested
Lester J. Adelstein, 68, of East Falmouth who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of property damage

On July 17th at 10:26 p.m. Ofc. Devin Brosnan arrested
Eric B. Mann, 31, of Cambridge, MA who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On July 19th at 5:54 p.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Sharyn J. Leslie, 54, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On July 21st at 11:24 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Sharyn J. Leslie, 54, of Provincetown who was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Trespassing
Defrauding an innkeeper over $100
Uttering a counterfeit note

On July 22nd at 9:38 p.m. Ofc. Devin Brosnan arrested
Ronald Douglas Humphrey, 47, of Danbury, CT who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (5th offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
One way violation

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
(no date given) at 8:45 p.m.
Scott T. Czyoski, 47, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Lights violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 16th at 10:56 p.m.
Stacia M. Anderson, 43, of Sagamore Beach was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Fail to obey traffic signal

On July 18th at 5:08 p.m.
a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with
Operating without a license

On July 20th at 8:55 p.m.
Schuyler John Brown, 22, of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating after registration suspended
Unregisted vehicle
Uninspected vehicle

On July 22nd at 6:56 p.m.
Claire Marie McCusker, 25, of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On July 22nd at 7:46 p.m.
Nicole S. Rogers, 41, of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Child endangerment while OUI (2 counts)

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 16th at 3:11 a.m.
Molly F. McManus, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)

On July 16th at 3:17 p.m.
Justin R. Beckwith, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Larceny from building

Receiving stolen property under $1,200 (subsequent offense)

Denise L. Beckwith, 44, of Falmouth was charged with

On July 16th at 8:40 p.m.
Frank K. Halstead, 56, of Falmouth was charged wth
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Lights violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On July 18th at 1:13 a.m.
Melissa B. Leung, 58, of Cumberland, RI was charged with
Warrant arrest
