Weekly police department arrests/reports 7/31/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 28th at 1:29 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Darragh Barr, 20 of Sandwich who was charged with
Larceny over $250

On July 28th at 7:27 p.m. Ofc. Sarah Harding arrested
Courtney George Earley, 56, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Crosswalk violation
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On July 28th at 11:30 p.m. Ofc. Tyler Dow arrested
Philip J. Spletzer Jr., 52, of Hague, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Improper operating of a motor vehicle

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On July 28th at 2:00 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Roda arrested
German Paz, 37, of Roslindale, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 3rd at 3:29 p.m.
David C. Voutas, 47, of Dracut, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Marked lanes violation

On July 8th at 12:44 a.m.
Arthur P. Gorman, 42, of West Dennis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On July 9th at 7:27 p.m.
Aaron J. Breton, 33, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Operating after license revoked as habitual traffic offender
Fail to identify self to police officer
Unsafe operation of a motor vehicle

On July 11th at 10:42 p.m.
Manuel M. Huerta, 41, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Fail to stop or yield

On July 16th at 10:26 a.m.
Gary A. Richter, 40, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

On July 17th at 1:18 a.m.
Arjan Batelli, 44, of Worcester, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On July 29th at 11:41 a.m.
Shawn P. Evans, 51, of Yarmouth Port was charged with
Open and gross lewdness

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 24th at 5:05 a.m.
Connor J. Bice, 18, of North Easton, MA was charged with
Minor in possession of alcohol
Larceny over $1,200
Trespassing
and
a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with
Minor in possession of alcohol

On July 24th at 8:31 p.m.
Angela Lynn Androski, 32, of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 24th at 8:40 p.m.
Thomas McDonald, 27, of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 25th at 3:08 p.m.
Tyler J. Twomey, 33, of Chatham was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance

On July 26th at 8:03 p.m.
Ryan Michael MacFarlane, 19, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop for police
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Minor in possession of alcohol
Assault
Assault and and battery
Open container of marijuana in a vehicle

On July 27th at 5:37 p.m.
Jack Severini, 23, of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 25th at 6:37 p.m.
John G. Mates Jr., 72, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On July 25th at 10:02 p.m.
Preston J. Hendricks, 31, of Mashpee was charged with
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
Operating after license suspended or revoked

On July 25th at 10:07 p.m.
Terrence Scott Croce, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 26th at 10:50 p.m.
Michael J. Costa, 28, of Falmouth was cahrged with

On July 27th at 5:35 p.m.
Kimberly M. Koval, 38, of Falmouth was charged with
Obtruction of justice
Assault and battery on a police officer
Interfering with a police officer

Marcus Maseda, 18, of Falmouth was charged with
Obtruction of justice
Assault and battery on a police officer

Brian E. Silva, 45, of Seekonk, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

Jaime Ann Tierney, 26, of Forestdale was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to obey police officer

On July 29th at 4:39 p.m.
William Lawrence Clark, 58, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Following too closely
Uninsured motor vehicle (subsequent offense)

On July 29th at 6:48 p.m.
Matthew Stephen Turner, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Wanton destruction of property
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery

Tiah Ruth Anzivino, 23, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
