Weekly police department arrests/reports 8/07/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 1st at 12:43 a.m. Ofc. Aaron Kacergis arrested
Kenneth W. Calkins, 24, of Arlington, OH who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Assault and battery on a police officer

On August 2nd at 8:43 a.m. Ofc. Kas-Wayne Samuels arrested
Michael Dreyer, 44, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On August 4th  at 1:52 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Kathleen M. Kelly, 57, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Lights violation
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 6th at 12:25 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Camille J. Brassard, 74, of Provincetown who was charged with
Larceny from a person

On August 6th at 1:28 a.m. Ofc. Devin Brosnan arrested
Shava Shenoy Dixon, 26, of North Truro was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 30th at 9:57 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Starbard arrested
Scott J. Rimondi, 45, of Springfield, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 2nd at 3:04 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Road arrested
Donald J. MacPhail
, 45, of Plymouth, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating after license suspended for OUI

– Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 1st at 9:06 a.m.
Christopher A. Beasley, 39, of South Dennis was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 3rd at 8:47 p.m.
Barry E. O’Neill, 24, of Hopkinton, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On July 30th at 2:32 p.m.
Kyle A. Fortes, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (4 counts)
and
Nicole M. Cabral, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On July 30th at 8:50 p.m.
Ryan J. Pina, 27, of Lawrence, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license

On July 31st at 7:05 p.m.
Andy J. Morales, 39, of Dorchester, MA was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Malicious destruction of property less than $1,200

On August 1st at 5:10 p.m.
Steven K. Antone, 59, of North Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Threatening to commit a crime

On August 1st at 6:25 p.m.
Sean F. Miller, 51, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 2nd at 8:33 p.m.
Shannon Kasey Duarte, 24, of Forestdale was charged with
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)
Resisting arrest
Assault and battery

On August 3rd at 4:24 p.m.
Alexander C. Albrecht, 27, of East Falmouth was charged with
Fugitive from justice

On August 3rd at 6:53 p.m.
Chelsea J. Fontes, 21, of Falmouth was cahrged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license

On August 3rd at 9:53 p.m.
Brian P. Hogue, 41, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On August 4th at 3:23 a.m.
Isabella Mae Phares, 23, of North Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Assault and battery
Disturbing the peace
Disorderly conduct
Malicious destruction of property less than $1,200
