Weekly police department arrests/reports 8/20/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 16th at 12:32 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Damian Michael Laezza, 37, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield
Speeding

On August 16th at 10:44 p.m. Ofc. Jordan Frisbie arrested
Daniel Allen Tripp, 41, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On August 17th at 10:16 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Moorman arrested
Roberto Novarro, 56, of Miami, FL who was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise

On August 19th at 1:08 a.m. Ofc. John Sarnacki arrested
Chad Taylor Chamberlin, 45, of Pittsburgh, PA who was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class C substance

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On August 17th at 5:47 p.m. Ofc. John Medeiros arrested
John T. Ward, 59, of North Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Following too closely

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 12th at 6:22 p.m.
James Collins Burke, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Operating without a license
Impeded operation of a motor vehicle
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 13th at 1:48 a.m.
Sean B. Murphy, 37, of Andover, MA was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance

On August 14th at 9:26 p.m.
Brian Donelan, 56, of Teaticket was charged with
Shoplifting be concealing merchandise
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct

On August 17th at 12:59 a.m.
Bryan Dean Bolton, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating a boat under the influence of liquor
