PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 14th at 10:11 a.m. Ofc. Tyler Johnson arrested
Gerald Particelli, 61, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
On August 15th at 1:28 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Christopher James Hedetniemi, 36, of Dennis who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to signal
Improper turn
On August 16th at 11:51 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Michael W. Cullen, 63, of Prewitt, NM who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Operating without a license
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
On August 18th at 10:23 p.m. Ofc Tyler Dow arrested
Pedro Carlos Carguachin, 44, of Hyannis Port who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On August 17th at 9:36 a.m.
Karen Boundy Lebeau, 65, of Sandwich was charged with

On August 17th at 1:32 p.m.
Timothy L. Dower, 57, of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest
On August 19th at 10:37 p.m.
Nicholas Charles Dubuque, 24, of East Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
