Weekly Police Department arrests/reports 9/04/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 31st at 12:37 a.m. Ofc. Jefferson Willis arrested
Anthony J. Moody, 30, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

On September 1st at 8:53 p.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Gerald Particelli, 61, of Provincetown who was charged with
Trespassing

On September 2nd at 12:29 a.m. Ofc. Kas-Wayne Samuels arrested
Joseph F. Coveny, 38, of Bourne who was charged with
Larceny from a person

On September 2nd at 1:20 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Gina T. Gaita, 52, of Walpole, MA who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On September 2nd at 2:55 a.m. Ofc. Kas-Wayne Samuels arrested
Ronnie Walker, 53, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 3rd at 6:11 p.m.
Joseph M. Williams, 74 of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license revoked as habitual traffic offender

On August 14th at 2:28 p.m.
Marcus Robidoux, 18, of Brewster was charged with
Malicious destruction of property over $1,200

On August 15th at 9:47 p.m.
Jacquelyn K. Lindemann, 32, of Orleans was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Uninspected vehicle

On August 16th at 10:38 p.m.
Robert John Ewing, 29, of Dennis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating after license suspended
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Lights violation
Speeding
Warrant arrest

On August 17th at 8:58 p.m.
Margot P. Cheel, 73, of Cohasset, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violationFail to stop or yield

On August 19th at 5:33 p.mm.
Kassee Rose Williams, 26, of Dennis Port was charged with
Assault and battery causing serious bodily injury
Possession of ammunition without FID card
Possession of a Class C substance

On August 21st at 10:52 p.m.
Tyler J. Tomasek, 45, of Orleans was charged with
Trespassinng

On August 23rd at 7:44 p.m.
Alexander L. Perkins, 28, of Brewster was charged with
Assault and battery

On August 28th at 8:18 a.m.
David M. Geoffrion, 35, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 27th at 2:18 p.m.
Sabrina M Santiago, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
and
Kevin Patrick Sullivan, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 30th at 5:54 p.m.
Haley C. Connelly, 29, of Kennebunk, ME was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assailt and battery on a person over 60/disabled
Inhaling glue/toxic substance
Malicious destruction of property less than $1,200

On August 30th at 8:13 p.m.
Edward F. Slaman, 63, of Onset, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 31st at 10:11 p.m.
Anthony J. Gilmette, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)

On September 1st at 6:48 p.m.
John H. Thompson, 51, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Disturbing the peace

On September 1st at 10:39 p.m.
Marc Fitzpatrick, 27, of Manchester, NH was charged with
Disorderly conduct
