On September 2nd at 10:58 p.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Kevin T. Greene, 25, of Cohasset who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle (2 counts)
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace
On September 5th at 1:10 a.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Carlos R. Arroyo-Santos, 24, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield
On September 8th at 12:31 a.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Phillip R. Michaud III, 23, of Bourne was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 2nd at 1:10 a.m.
Cassie J. Oliveira, 41, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Operating contray to license restriction
On September 2nd at 10:27 a.m.
Thomas Raymond Smith, 57, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
On September 3rd at 9:21 a.m.
Dos Santos, 47, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating without a license
Fail to stop or yield
On September 4th at 11:46 p.m.
Suzanne M. Henderson, 38, of Falmouth was charged with
Furnished false name to police officer
Possession of a Class E substance
Larceny under $1,200 (2 counts)
Warrant arrest (3 counts)
and
Christopher M. Geno, 33, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
On September 7th at 2:47 p.m.
Devin James Cunningham, 23, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disturbing the peace
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
On September 8th at 11:17 p.m.
Aaron Michael Doherty, 18, of Fall River, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class C substance
