PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 1st at 4:51 p.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Bradford A. Hooper, 30, of Norwood, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On October 1st at 7:14 p.m. Ofc. Devin Brosnan arrested
Leslie L. Parsons, 66, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Assault and battery on a police officer
Resisting arrest
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 28th at 6:09 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Anthony Marez, 25, of Clarksville, TN who was charged on behalf of Barnstable Police with
Larceny over $250
Assault by means of a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle)
Operating to endanger
Failure to stop for police
Leaving the scene of property damage

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On September 4th at 9:57 a.m.
Louise M. Largey, 52, of Eastham was charged with
Disorderly conduct
and
Dominic JohnDoss Silva, 25, of Eastham was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On September 6th at 8:58 p.m.
Mark D. Maskell, 46, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 15th at 10:51 p.m.
William R. Sears, 56, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 17th at 1:44 a.m
Whitney C. Malone, 28, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Opeating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes villation
Defective equipment

On September 21st at 4:44 p.m.
Joseph J. Williams, 74, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended for OUI

On September 26th at 12:38 a.m.
Noe Ramirez of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended

On September 26th at 2:59 p.m.
Terese E. Pacensa of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop for police
Speeding

On September 27th at 9;26 a.m.
Ronald J. Paquin of Sandwich was charged with
Larceny from building (6 counts)
Forgery by check (6 counts)
Utter false check (6 counts)
Larceny under $250 (6 counts

On September 29th at 1:35 a.m.
Daniel D. Curran of Hanover, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Operating after license suspended
Uninsured vehicle
Operating after registriation revoked
Attaching plates
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Speeding

On October 1st 11:52 a.m.
Dempsey William Allen of East Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On October 1st at 4:07 p.m.
Kristen Zardiackas of Sandwich was charged with
Assault
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Disorderly conduct

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 532 calls for service, 46 of which required further investigation. There were 10 arrests. Officers responded to 9 motor vehicle crashes and issued 181 motor vehicle citations.

– Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 25th at 10:18 a.m.
Julie M. Miller, 46, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 27th at 1:55 p.m.
Gregory A. Carvalho, 35, of Teaticket was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class A substance
and
Gary F. Pachico, 60, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance

On September 29th at 8:24 p.m.
Tyler Brown, 19, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
and
a 15-year-old juvenile was charged with
Disorderly conduct
and
a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Trespassing

On September 30th at 8:53 p.m.
Michael Geggatt, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 30th at 11:49 p.m.
Joshua LaFrange, 25, of Mashpee was charged with
Obstruction of justice
Possession of a Class E substance
Resisting arrest
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Interfering with a police officer
and
Douglas D. DeCoster, 23, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a class A substance
Defective equipment
and
Dominic F. Cusolito, 25, of Hyannis was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On October 1st at 5:28 p.m.
Mark Anthony Bergbuckler, 23, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class E substnace
Motorized scooter violation
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

On October 1st at 5:54 p.m.
Kurtis W. Ladenburg, 37, was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 1st at 6:27 p.m.
Shawn R. Farnham, 31, of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On October 1st at 9:07 p.m.
Devon B. Pelrine, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
