Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of October 17th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 10th at 2:15 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Arthur J. Wilkinson, 61, of Warren, ME who was charged with
Warrant arrest

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 15th at 2:17 p.m.
Peter A. Lajoie, 52, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of alcohol
Operating negligently to endanger
Child endangerment while OUI

On October 16th at 4:23 p.m.
Daria A. Orlova, 36, of Centerville was charged with
Assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts)
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Open container of alcohol (town by-law)

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On September 23rd at 4:20 p.m.
Jason A. Yerby, 44, of Hyannis was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 2nd at 11:46 a.m.
James S. Ryan, 21, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 3rd at 2:23 p.m.
Scott E. Duarte, 37, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 10th at 10:06 p.m.
Kevin Arthur Roderick of East Sand wich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 12th at 1:54 a.m.
Sean Ribeiro of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Warrant arrest
and
Portia Dayton of West Barnstable was charged with
Operating without a license
Fail to dim headlights

On October 14th at 1:33 a.m.
Jennifer D. Kilies of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest
Defective equipment

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week they responded to 430 calls for service, 45 of which required further investigation. There were 13 arrests. Officers responded to 10 motor vehicle crashes, and issued 86 motor vehicle citations and 2 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 11th at 8:28 a.m.
Kyle T. Stacey, 26, was charged with
Larceny of a motor vehicle
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony
Receiving a stolen credit card

On October 11th at 12:45 p.m.
Tina M. Melvin, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery
Breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a misdeameanor
Trespassing

On October 12th at 9:18 p.m.
Daimien J. Flynn, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On October 13th at 10:09 a.m.
Stephano Rattray, 19, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 15th at 9:16 p.m.
Adrian M. Stoves, 41, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 16th at 2:02 a.m.
Jamie Lee Jonas, 47, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 16th at 10:40 p.m.
Rita Therese Desmond, 53, of East Falmouth was charged wuth
Assault and battery
Violating an abuse prevention order
