On October 22nd at 12:07 a.m. Sgt. Gregory Hennick arrested
Nicholas D. Vecchione, 31, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Failing to stop or yield
On October 23rd at 11:38 p.m. Ofc. Jennifer Nolette arrested
Christopher S. Rego, 51, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

TRURO – Truro P0lice report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 19th at 7:33 p.m. Ofc. Leo Rose arrested
Charles Henry Ireland Foltz, 54, of Truro, MA who was charged with

On October 20th at 4:16 p.m. Ofc. James Bragdon arrested
Brian Oakley Spingler, 22, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating recklessly to endanger
Carrying a dangerous weapon

On October 22nd at 10:55 a.m. Sgt. Carrie DeAngelo arrested
Kelsey Bridget Luttrell, 22, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arreste

Maegen G. Bassett, 25, of Truro who was charged with
Posession of a Class C substance

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police report that they responded to 481 calls for service. This included 16 arrests, and 24 incidents that resulted in officer investigation. Officers responded to 8 motor vehicle crashes, issued 83 motor vehicle citations and 11 parking tickets.
