WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:

On September 22nd at 2:04 p.m.
Raymond J. Hartley, 61, of Rochester, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 26th at 1:07 a.m.
Christopher A. Spagnoli, 32, of Three Rivers, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On August 26th at 12:27 a.m.
Edward T. Jackman, 64. of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Fail to wear seat belt

On September 3rd at 9:06 p.m.
Carmen J. Stief, 54, of Brewster was charged with
Violating a harrassment prevention order

On September 4th at 11:28 a.m.
Dennis L. Curran, 66, of Sleepy Hollow, NY was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On September 11th at 3:55 p.m.
Connor R. Williams, 20, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
Minor in possession of alcohol
Unlawful possession of fireworks

On September 13th at 5:03 p.m.
Spencer C. Parks, 28, of Brewster was charged with

Philip A. Frandino, 59, of James Island, SC was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On September 19th at 5:32 p.m.
Thomas A. Walker, 27, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 20th at 1:29 p.m.
Vincent P. Smith, 54, of Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

On September 21st at 12:13 p.m.
Kara A. Maloney, 31, of Chatham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On September 23rd at 4:20 p.m.
Jason A. Yerby, 44, of Hyannis was charged with
Warrant arrest

Joshua Cummings of East Sandwich was charged with
Receiving stolen property over $250
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony (21 counts)

Kellen McDermott of East Sandwich was charged with

Brett Ronald Perry of Sandwich was charged with
