PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On January 10th at 6:32 p.m, Ofc. Kathryn Catanese arrested
Kenneth W. Hollington
, 51, of Eastham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report.
On December 21st at 10:42 p.m.
James P. Cunning, 45, of Orleans was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On December 22nd at 3:44 a.m.
Dana John Murphy, 23, of Dennisport was charged with
Operating under the influence of.liquor

On December 22nd at 11:40 p.m.
Michael D. Garrity, 35, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended as habitual traffic offender
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

On December 29th at 10:27 p.m.
Dean Viprino, 43, of Brewster was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession of a class B substance (subsequent offense)(2 counts)
Operating without a license
Failing to stop for police

On January 6th at 10:28 a.m.
Kevin Anthony White, 31, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report no arrests for the past week.

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 356 calls for service which included 22 incidents requiring investigation. There were 16 arrests. Officers responded to 7 motor vehicle crashes and issued 72 motor vehicle citations.

FALMOUTH Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On January 4th at 1:51 a.m.
Marc A. Pennington, 39, of Falmoith was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On January 4th at 4:34 p.m.
Robert Thomas Zak, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery on a police officer
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On January 4th at 5:14 p.m.
Shane K. True, 33, of Vineyard Haven, MA was charged with
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)
Resisting arrest

On January 6th at 2:50 a.m.
Justin Ryan Bozora, 21, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Assault and battery on a police officer

On January 6th at 8:31 p.m.
Michael Fraitiska, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs (2nd offense)

On January 6th at 9:46 p.m.
Joao Paulo DeSouza, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license

On January 8th at 6:20 p.m.
Kimberly Ann Carney, 43, oT Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endnager
Resisting arrest

On January 8th at 8:33 p.m.
Lawrence Matchem III, 27, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a CLass A substance

On January 9th at 3:39 p.m.
Cyrille Bourque, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Possession of a Class A substnace
and
Amy Lyn Campbell, 33, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a CLass A substance

On January 10th at 3:17 p.m.
Heidi N. Grimm, 53, of Hatchville was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating under the influence of alcohol
Operating negligently to endanger

On January 10th at 6:30 p.m.
Justin M. Campbell, 26, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)

On January 10th at 10:07 p.m.
James Butler, 69, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (sbusequent offense)
