Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of August 31st, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 26th at 7:25 p.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
William D. Maher Jr., 68, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 29th at 3:41 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Rasa Schiffenhaus, 36, of Provincetown who was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 30th at 1:56 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Brian A. Donahue, 35, of North Truro who was charged with
Operating after license suspended

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 24th at 11:24 p.m.
Terrell Robert Peters, 19, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating without a license
Possessession of a Class B substance
Marked lanes violation

On August 28th at 8:47 p.m.
Jennifer Lamminen, 34, of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Composing, sending or reading of electronic messages while driving

On August 29th at 7:40 p.m.
Justin J. Caia, 31, of Bourne was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class B substance (2 counts)

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 529 calls for service. These calls included 50 investigated incidents, 8 motor vehicle crashes, and the issuing of 110 driving school report cards. Officers made 13 arrests.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 24th at 5:37 p.m.
Brendan M. Felix, 29, of Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Receiving stolen property over $250 (2 counts)
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept
and
Jasmine G. Lincoln, 28, of Forestdale, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Receiving stolen property over $250
Receiving stolen property less than $250
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Possession of a Class A substance
Warrant arrest

On August 24th at 8:24 p.m.
Jaime E. Zornitsky, 24, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Failing to stop or yield
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance

On August 25th at 3:04 a.m.
Robert Joseph LaBaire, 32, of Waquoit was charged with
Receiving stolen property over $250
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance
Carrying a dangerous weapon
Threatening to commit a crime

On August 26th at 8:08 p.m.
Herman A. Andrade, 36, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Malicious destruction of property
Resisting arrest
Possession of Class B substance

On August 27th at 12:51 a.m.
Brendan John Kennedy, 31, of Lynn, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Trespassing
Disorderly conduct

On August 27th at 9:55 p.m.
Julie A. Medeiros, 56, of North Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On August 28th at 9:51 p.m.
David Carl Hawkins, 54, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On August 29th at 10:29 p.m.
Mark Jackson Alger, 29, of Douglas, MA was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace

On August 29th at 6:12 p.m.
Jessica Marie Macura, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

Justin R. Beckwith, 21, of Teaticket, MA was charged with

Catherine L. Beckwith, 43, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class E substance

Lonnie A. Lewis, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 30th at 1:14 a.m.
Eugene D. Cardoza Jr., 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On August 30th at 7:20 p.m.
James Metellus, 25, of Taunton, MA was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance

On August 30th at 11:39 p.m.
Jeanne Devine, 44, of Dover was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
