PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 4th at 2:14 p.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrrested
Brian P. Kincaid
, 53, of Norton, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On August 5th at 10:02 p.m. Ofc. Jefferson Willis arrested
Salim Bourke
, 26, of France who was charged with
Assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled with injury
Disorderly conduct

On August 6th at 1:39 a.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
John A. Piccirilli, 59, of Waltham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Number plate violation

On August 6th at 10:45 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Matthew W. Locke
, 20, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Misuse or false license/liquor ID (2 counts)

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On August 3rd at 1:16 a.m.
Dakota John Granger, 24, of Loxahatchee, FL was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On August 8th at 9:06 p.m.
Lindsay King, 28, of Eastham, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On July 17th at 11:02 p.m.
Hector Luis Kingsley, 37, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Operator send/receive electronic message (2 counts)
No license in posssession

On July 18th at 6:30 p.m.
Nicholas B. Willoughby, 34, of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest (8 counts)

On July 28th at 1:11 a.m.
Wayne A. Johnson, 49, of East Orleans was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On July 28th at 5:41 a.m.
Mark D. Maskell, 45, of Orleans was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 3rd at 10:32 a.m
Alison Marie DiGravio, 28, of Brewster was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subesquent offense)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Distributing a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On August 4th at 11:59 a.m.
Richard M. Griffin, 54, of Gardner, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 4th at 5:51 p.m.
a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 1st at 8:11 a.m.
Sean P. McGrath of Sandwich was charged with warrant arrest

On August 3rd at 9:53 a.m.
Richard A. Romolo of East Sandwich was charged with operating under the influence of liquor

On August 4th at 4:30 p.m.
John Cameron of Sandwich was charged with warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they handled 542 calls for service. These calls included 39 documented incidents of various sorts. There were 17 arrests. Officers responded to 13 motor vehicle crashes, issued 94 motor vehicle citations and 65 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On August 1st at 8:13 a.m.
Thomas Edward Donelan, 62, of East Falmouth was charged with warrant arrest

On August 2nd at 12:46 a.m.
Brendon L. Ervin, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Interfering with police officer
Possession of a Class D substance (marijuana)(1 oz. or less)

On August 5th at 11:10 p.m.
Tyler James Donovan, 22, of Falmouth was charged with disorderly conduct
Assault and battery on a police officer
Resisting arrest (2 counts)
Affray
and
Elijah D. Smith, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Affray
Resisting arrest
Obstructing justice
