PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 6th at 1:10 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Michael G. Smith
, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

On September 10th at 1:36 a.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
Brandon Lee Allen
, 26, of Miami Beach, FL who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Fail to stop for police

On September 10th at 1:30 p.m. Ofc. Kathryn Catanese arrested
Ferenlis Bigelow-Lighty
, 19, of Chicago, IL who was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny from a building
Trespassing

On September 11th at 3:02 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Robin Ryder-O’Malley
, 39, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 9th at 9:25 p.m.
Kathleen R. Duffy, 68, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On September 10th at 8:39 p.m.
Joel James Roberts, 30, of Enfield, CT was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Operating MV without taillights
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

SANDWICH
– Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 7th at 8:23 p.m.
Eli J. Perry of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license revoked
Warrant arrest (5 counts)

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past two weeks, they responded to 753 various calls for service, 45 of which required further investigation/ Officers made 18 arrests, and responded to 18 motor vehicle crashes. 115 motor vehicle citations and 25 parking tickets were issued during the period.

FALMOUTH – On September 6th at 1:02 p.m.
Joshua Allen, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Operating negligently to endanger
Motor vehicle in area closed to travel

On September 6th at 4:59 p.m.
Richard R. Steven, 44, of Forestdale was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance
Identify fraud
Receiving stolen credit card
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony
Warrant arrest

On September 7th at 2:25 a.m.
Dierdre Collins, 56, of West Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On September 10th at 9:01 p.m.
Joanne C. Zullig, 55, of Denville, NJ was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop or yield

On September 11th at 10:11 a.m.
Andrew C. Jones, 55, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Failing to stop or yield
Warrant arrest
