PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 23rd at 9:24 p.m. Ofc. James Bragdon arrested

Rafe Emond, 49, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Possesson of a Class B substance

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests:
On September 19th at 12:12 p.m.
Todd Ferrante of Peabody, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs

On September 19th at 7:30 p.m.
Jean A. Makoma of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Child endangerment while OUI

On September 20th at 2:02 p.m.
Sarah J. Frost of Forestdale was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger

On September 20th at 2:56 p.m.
Sean D. Hester of Sagamore was charged with
Possession of a CLass C substance

On September 23rd at 1:31 a.m.
Angela M. Roellke of Forestdale was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Assault and battery on a police officer
Resisting arrest

On September 24th at 12:59 a.m.
Michael F. Cleary of Pembroke, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Speeding

On September 24th at 10:21 p.m.
Ashley Dratch of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Disorderly conduct

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 18th at 7:50 p.m.
Aaron B. Mahoney, 26, of West Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class A substance

On September 19th at 5:26 p.m.
Mark David Rosenfield, 59, of East Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny over $250
Intimidating a witness
Malicious destruction of property less than $250

On September 19th at 6:17 p.m.
Andrew J. Smith, 28, of Attleborough, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop or yield
Resisting arrest (2 counts)
Asasult and battery on a police officer
Assault and battery
Open container of marijuana in a vehicle
Disorderly conduct
Speeding

On September 19th at 6:29 p.m.
Bryan M. Christensen, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding
Defective equipment
Uninspecte vehicle
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On September 20th at 12:50 a.m.
Deyanirar Perez-Pena, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery on a police officer

On September 21st at 7:28 p.m.
Herman A. Andrade, 38, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Resisting arrest

On September 21st at 10:02 p.m.
Christopher Robert Weeks, 36, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
