Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of March 14th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the pasts week.
On March 8th at 9:12 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Anselmo C. Hernandez
, 44, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating without a license
Operating after license or registration suspended or revoked
Uninsured vehicle

On March 13th at 1:14 a.m. Sgt. Gregory Hennick arrested
Mark A. Granese
, 34, of Danvers, MA who was chaged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Defective equipment

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On March 13th at 12:39 a.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Joyce E. Clark, 57, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On March 10th at 1:58 p.m.
Chau M. Duong, 47 of Dorchester, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Marked lanes violation
Defective equipment

On March 10th at 8:44 p.m.
James Jesse-Vincent Pecoraro, 29, of Wellfleet was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine between 36 and 100 grams
and
Kourtney Cheri Lyons, 30, of Wellfleet was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine between 36 and 100 grams

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On March 7th at 11:59 a.m.
Christopher Michael Robie of Yarmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Receiving stolen property less than $250

On March 9th at 8:40 p.m.
Grady Liam Bergin of Yarmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise

On March 12th at 9:22 p.m.
Benjamin M. Smith of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 378 calls for service. These calls included 22 incidents, 5 motor vehicle crashes and the issuance of 78 motor vehicle citations. There were nine arrests.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On March 7th at 8:39 p.m.
Timothy P. Ferris, 36, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On March 10th at 5:06 p.m.
Joshua Ernest Schley, 31, of Cotuit was charged with
Larceny over $250
Resisting arrest
Assault and battery
Assault and battery on a police officer

On March 11th at 11:32 a.m.
Marcus Ibry Spencer, 31, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On March 11th at 3:59 p.m.
Marie Occean, 34, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On March 12th at 6:25 p.m.
Craig A. Costa, 42, of Mashpee was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (tire iron)

On March 12th at 10:41 p.m,
Brian Anthony Ferreira, 48, of Teaticket was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On March 13th at 5:30 a.m.
Christopher J. Andrews, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance
