Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of May 9th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On May 9th at 1:48 a.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Donald J. Murphy, 52, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop or yield

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On May 8th at 6:28 a.m. Ofc. Kylee Larrabee arrested
Edward Stevers, 39, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop for police
Speeding

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On May 7th at 7:48 a.m.
Altair P. Faria, 40, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating after license suspended

BREWSTER –  Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report.
On May   at 1:10 a.m
Thomas A. Walker, 40, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 5th at 12:26 p.m.
Whitney E. McGuirl, 53, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

On May 7th at 7:26 a.m.
Jason T. Hayes, 38, of Orleans was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Number plate violation to conceal ID
Uninsured vehicle

On May 8th
Pauline E. Henry, 27, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On May 7th at 1:27 a.m.
a juvenile, 17, was charged with
Junior operator operating 12-5 a.m. without a parent
No license in possession
Fail to dim headlights

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, officers responded to 475 calls for service, including 26 incidents that required further investigation. There were nine arrests. There were six motor vehicle crashes, and 72 motor vehicle citations were issued.

FALMOUTHFalmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On May 2nd at 3:49 a.m.
Edward F. Slaman Jr., 61, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disturbing the peace (subsequent offense)
Resisting arrest

On May 2nd at 5:51 p.m.
Brigitte L. Ferraro, 39, of Mashpee was charged with
Resisting arrest
Intimidating a witness
Possession of a Class A substance (subseqent offense)
Possession of a Class D substance (marijuana)(1 oz. or less)

On May 2nd at 11:58 p.m.
Zachary Goodard, 20, of Dudley, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 3rd at 12:47 a.m.
Holly L. Commesso, 44, of Pocasset was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating MV in violation of license restriction

On May 4th at 8:25 a.m.
Derek J. Macleod, 31, of Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise (2nd offense)
Trespassing
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance

On May 5th at 7:22 a.m.
Jacquelyn Apodaca, 56, of Falmouth was charged with
Fugitive from justice
On May 6th at 2:45 p.m.
Michael E. Scopa Jr., 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On May 7th at 2:38 a.m.
Sean Harris Coffey, 33, of Woods Hole was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 8th at 11:30 a.m.
Mark Anthony Ferreira, 29, of Salem, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 8th at 5:07 p.m.
Lance S. Alford, 46, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a CLass A substance
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On May 8th at 7:15 a.m.
Gina A. Andrade, 51, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class E substance
