PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On July 14th at 11:02 a.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
Alberto J. Zondiors, 53, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 15th at 12:35 a.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Martin George Engle
, 49, of Nottignham, MD was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On July 16th at 1:46 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Patrick Kiernan Corbett
, 21, of Dennis who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Use MV without authority
No license in possession
Destruction of property

On July 16th at 10:49 a.m. Sgt. Glenn Enos arrested
Asma Smeeh Mraish
, 33, of Cambridge, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On July 14th at 1:00 a.m
Kathryn M. Falcone, 29, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Improper turn
Resisting arrest
Assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts)

On July 16th at 12:17 a.m.
Stuart A. Fodiman, 30, of Oakville, CT was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On July 16th at 3:25 a.m.
Jennifer R. Leyton, 20, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to signal

BREWSTER
– Brewster Police advise there were no reportable arrests for the period of July 1-15th.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report no arrests for the past week.

BOURNE  – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 547 calls for service this past week, 47 of which required further investigation. There were 17 arrests. Officers responded to 15 motor vehicle crashes, issued 78 motor vehicle citations and 47 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On July 12th at 11:56 a.m.
Donald J. Goulart II, 26, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 13th at 12:37 a.m.
Scott Christian Wallace, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 13th at 1:03 p.m.
Garron Quinn Mononen, 29, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 13th at 7:32 p.m.
Richard R. Jackson, 57, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On July 15th at 4:45 p.m.
Ian S. Machado, 24, of Middleborough, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 16th at 1:02 p.m.
Marc Pena, 36, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 17th at 12:34 a.m.
Brandon S. Pottle, 23, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct
and
Matthew Stephen Turner, 31, of Bourne was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Warrant arrest

On July 17th at 4:20 p.m.
Michelle Annette Duarte, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon

On July 17th at 8:21 p.m.
Gerald Cardoza, 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after licenses suspended or revoked
Failing to stop for police
Moped violation (2 counts)
