Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of July 27th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 21st at 9:27 p.m. Det. Richard Alves arrested
Shana L. Ward, 28, of Haverhill, MA who was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon

On July 22nd at 10:34 p.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
Zoe Giordano, 42. of Provincetown who was charged with
Violating a harassment prevention order (2 counts)

On July 24th at 1:50 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Craig Wilensky, 51, of Montclair, NJ who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop or yield
Speeding

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 21st at 12:51 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Douglas S. Whipple, 60, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 25th at 2:28 a.m. Ofc. David Hobbs arrested
Todd Everett Avery, 22, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 22nd at 1:15 a.m.
Jeffrey S. Gonsalves, 42, of South Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Fail to dim headlights.

On July 23rd at 7:08 p.m.
Andrew Thomas O’Dell, 35, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 25th at 10:49 a.m.
Michelle Georgia Orman, 64, of Provincetown was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 20th at 1:02 a.m.
Brenden M. MacDonald of East Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 22nd at 5:17 p.m.
Ross P. Nelson of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 26th at 7:21 p.m.
Derek M. Butler of Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violaton

On July 26th at 9:57 p.m.
Rachel A. Grushey of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Child endangerment while OUI

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police report they answered 645 calls for service that resulted in 17 arrests, 45 police reports, 15 reportable accidents, and 94 motor vehicle citations/warnings.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 21st at 2:53 p.m.
Brigitte L. Ferraro, 38, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest (Possession of Class A, Possession with intent to distibute Class A, Shoplifting)

On July 21st at 6:05 p.m.
Marcus S. Bartolomei, 18, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Uninspecte vehicle

On July 22nd at 1:17 a.m.
Andrea Wilson McCarthy, 51, of Medway, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
and
John F. McCarthy, 49, of Medway, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (NH warrant for parole violation)

On July 22nd at 5:03 p.m.
Vincent T. Carroll, 19, of North Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Cordell Jordan DeConster, 18, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphone/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class Substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On July 23rd at 11:10 p.m.
Shannon Kasey Duarte, 21, of Mashpee was charged with
Assualt and battery
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
and
Court J. Damon, 21, of Mashpee was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
and
Robert Andrade, 18, of Mashpee was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
and
Kayla M. Orlando, 20, of Mashpee was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On July 24th at 6:11 p.m.
Dawn Michele Cabral, 49, of East Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Strangulation or suffocation
Assault and battery
Open container of alcohol

On July 24th at 7:58 p.m.
Edwin Ingles-Torres, 21, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On July 24th at 8:38 p.m.
a 15-year-old juvenile was charged with
Assault
Disorderly conduct

On July 26th at 5:03 p.m.
Tamara M. Holmes, 40, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 26th at 5:30 p.m.
Cyrille Bourque, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Receiving stolen property
Operating after license suspended or revoked
