PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 17th at 9:21 p.m. Sgt. Thomas Koumanelis arrested
Alicia J. Benoit
, 44, of Spencer, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 17th at 11:44 p.m. Sgt. Carrie DeAngelo arrested
Calvin C. Buchanan
, 32, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Child endangerment while OUI

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 17th at 6:06 p.m.
David Bruce Dinoia, 49, of Guilford, CT who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
State Highway traffic violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 18th at 10:12 p.m.
Emily A Browne of Amherst, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, officers responded to 409 calls for service which included investigating 22 different incidents. There were 13 arrests. Officers responded to 6 motor vehicles crashes, and issued 104 motor vehicles citations or warnings.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 12th at 3:50 p.m.
Catherine F. Perkins, 26, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class C substance
Larceny of a credit card
Misuse of a credit card over $250 (2 counts)

On October 12th at 9:23 p.m.
Mark L. Searles, 52, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (5th offense)
Opreraing negligently to endanger
Operating after license suspended or revoked for OUI (subsequent offense)
Uninspected vehicle

On October 14th at 6:41 p.m.
Andrew Neil, 54, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

On October 16th at 5:08 p.m.
Clifford Joseph Johnson, 44, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 16th at 5:10 p.m
Brian Anthoby Ferreira, 48, of Teaticket was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 18th at 12:24 a.m.
Jordan E. Fish, 18, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Minor in possession of alcohol

On October 18th at 9:08 p.m.
Ryan William Marks, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
