West Yarmouth woman arrested and charged with Fentanyl possession

Diana Kimball

YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police have arrested a West Yarmouth woman on charges that she was in possession of over 57 grams of Fentanyl.

They obtained a search warrant Monday for a home 71 Gleason Avenue based on probable cause developed during a criminal investigation into the distribution of heroin by Diana Kimball.

Police said that when they encountered Kimball at the home, she swore at officers and tried to flee in her car. She threw a bag that allegedly contained heroin to the ground.

After securing both Kimball and her female passenger, both were advised of the search warrant and their rights.

Prior to conducting the search of the residence, Detectives examined the contents of the bag taken from Kimball. The bag appeared to be two plastic bags with two smaller clear plastic bags inside.

The clear bags had multiple pressed round cylinders of a white powdery substance. Police said the pressed powders of drugs are 10-gram “fingers” of Heroin and are pressed that way for wholesale narcotics distribution.

Subsequently, a search of the residence was conducted and Police Officers further recovered several boxes of sandwich baggies, multiple digital scales, a digital scale, and Suboxone oral film strips.

The following items were seized from the residence and from the person of Diana Kimball during the execution of the search warrant:
