Woman injured in fall on Provincetown breakwater

PROVINCETOWN – A woman was injured after reportedly slipping and falling on the West End Breakwater. It happened sometime after 5:30 PM Wednesday afternoon. A firefighter who works fornFlyers Boat Yard was able to reach the scene by boat and bring the victim to shore. She was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with facial injuries.

There have been a large number of similar incidents over the years.
