Woman dies after being struck by car in Brewster

BREWSTER – A woman who was struck by a car in Brewster around 7:30 p.m. Friday evening has passed away. The crash happened on Stony Brook Road near Run Hill Road. The victim Lorraine Hurley, 56, of Brewster was taken to Cape Cod Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver Richard Brown, 24, of Brewster stayed at the scene. The crash is under investigation by Brewster Police.
