YARMOUTH – As part of National Community Policing Week, members of the Yarmouth Police Department’s Proactive Anti-Crime Unit have teamed up with certified counselors from Gosnold of Cape Cod to visit the homes of people addicted to heroin on Tuesday. Their goal is to offer help, guidance and rehabilitation services.
