Yarmouth Police arrest brother/sister duo

YARMOUTH – The Yarmouth Police Department reports that the subjects of a recent “YPD Wanted Wednesday” social policing public safety bulletin were arrested on Friday, March 18. On that day at 5:44 p.m. Yarmouth Police Department Proactive Anti-Crime (PAC) Unit Officer Sean Geary observed two people wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department inside a gray Chevy Impala in the area of the Route 28 Yarmouth/Hyannis town line. Officer Geary stopped the vehicle and fellow PAC Unit Officer Nick Ambrosini arrived to assist.

The operator of the vehicle was Emily Sauro. The passengers inside were Connor Fay, Kyle Geggatt (at left above) and his sister, Tiarah (at right). All are well known to Cape Cod law enforcement and both Geggatts were wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department.

The Geggatts were placed under arrest and transported to Yarmouth Police Department headquarters and scheduled to be in the Barnstable District Court Monday. Kyle Geggatt’s warrants are for witness/juror intimidation; being present where heroin is kept; and shoplifting. Tiarah Geggatt’s warrant is for possession of a class A drug (heroin).
