YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Monday at approximately 2:12 AM, Patrol Officer Jason Batchelder and Sean Brewer served an arrest warrant at Yarmouth Gardens Motel in West Yarmouth
Andre Dumont was located in one of the rooms and placed under arrest and transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters.
The warrants charged Dumont with possession of a Class B substance, intimidating a witness, operating without a license (2 counts) and unregistered vehicle.
Dumont was held at YPD Headquarters and will be in the Barnstable District Court Monday.
