At approximately 10:58 p.m. on the same night, Yarmouth Police Dispatch advised patrol officers that the fire department was again responding for a fire on the boardwalk.  Officer Connor Burnham and Mary Gibney responded. Upon arrival they found a portion of the right side of the boardwalk and the entire patio with benches fully engulfed in flames.

Officers Burnham and Gibney conducted an area check in an attempt to locate anyone in the area that may have seen or been a part of the incident. The area check came up empty.  Yarmouth Police Department Detective Nuss arrived shortly afterwards and is currently conducting an investigation.
