YARMOUTH – Update: Yarmouth Police report that Wanted Wednesday suspect Jeffrey R. Fregeau was taken into custody at a home on Soute Yarmouth based on a a tip fro a concerned citizen.

Jeffrey R. Fregeau age 58 is wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department on Felony Warrants for his involvement in failing to perform over $15,000 in building services for a family in Yarmouth.
Yarmouth Police said Fregeau is well-known to Cape Cod Law Enforcement and has a long record with over 91 prior criminal charges in Massachusetts.
Fregeau is an unlicensed builder most recently doing business as Old Mill Remodeling. Fregeau has been the subject of several other criminal investigations involving the similar scheme of accepting money for remodeling work and not finishing the jobs in various towns on Cape Cod.
His current address or location is unknown.
