Yarmouth Police release details in recent arson arrest

YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police are releasing details about an arson-related arrest earlier this month.

As a result of a six-month investigation conducted with the assistance of the Massachusetts State Police Fire Marshal’s Office, 32-year-old West Yarmouth resident Justin James Caruso was charged in Wareham District Court on July 3, 2017 with one felony count of Arson.

The charges were the result of a July 2011 fire that took place in Rochester at the Gateway to Cape Cod Recreational Vehicle Campground.

Caruso was released on $2,000 cash bail in addition to other bail conditions and is due back in court later this summer.
