YARMOUTH – Working in partnership with the Yarmouth Police Department and other Town agencies, the Town of Yarmouth Office of the Building Commissioner has issued a Cease and Desist Order to Zen Wellness Center located at 1247 Route 28 in South Yarmouth.
Zen Wellness— which is owned by Al-Najar Razzak and operated by Geroge Guo—is in violation of the Massachusetts State Building Code for operating a Business without a Use and Occupancy Permit.
The Yarmouth Police Department is actively continuing our investigation regarding illegal sex crimes and human trafficking in our community and is monitoring this location.
