Yarmouth Police save woman with Narcan

YARMOUTH – From Yarmouth Police: On Friday at 5:00 PM, Yarmouth Police Officers and Firefighters responded to a South Yarmouth Resort for a report of an unconscious woman on the ground.

When First Responders arrived, the 30-year-old woman, with a long history of crimes and illegal drug use, was found to be suffering from a drug overdose and was given CPR and revived by members of the Yarmouth Fire Department with the use of Narcan.

The woman—who was not a guest of the resort—was transported to Cape Cod Hospital and is expected to survive.
