Yarmouth Police seek public support for ‘Secret Santa for Seniors’ effort

YARMOUTH – The Yarmouth Police Department is asking the public for help with the “Secret Santa for Seniors” 2016 campaign.

Here’s a message from the department on how people can help.

The Holiday Season is a joyous time of year for many people, but it can also be lonely for many senior citizens who may not have family of friends to celebrate with.

Please help the Yarmouth Police Department and the Yarmouth Police Community Advisory Team put a smile on a seniors’ face when they are surprised with a gift bag this holiday season by donating a gift item.

Donated gifts can be dropped off at any time in the lobby of Yarmouth Police Headquarters on Higgins Crowell Rd. in West Yarmouth. All of the items collected will be hand delivered to a Yarmouth Senior Citizen in need for Christmas.
