Yarmouth Police to hold informational meeting for alcoholic beverage pouring license holders

YARMOUTH –  Yarmouth Police will host an informational meeting Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Community Room at Police Department Headquarters to discuss the annual liquor license renewal process.

Representatives of the Yarmouth Licensing Office, Building Department, Fire Department, and Police Department will be present to review the timeline and requirements for a successful inspection and license renewal.

In order to avoid last minute problems, missed deadlines, and the risk of having your liquor license expire at midnight on December 31, licensees need to be aware of the time parameters and requirements at each step of the process.

The purpose of this meeting is to insure that all licensees have the necessary information to successfully renew their liquor licenses. Yarmouth Town Officials will assist at every step, but it is the licensees responsibility see the process through in a timely manner.

Package Store licenses and Seasonal Alcohol Pouring Licenses are subject to different renewal procedures which are not the focus of this meeting.

You may contact Officer Philip Magnuson with questions about the meeting at [email protected] or call (508) 775-0445 x 2136
