Imuru Barbel

YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Tuesday morning, they received information that the Barnstable Police Department had developed probable cause for the arrest of Imuru Barbel for Felony Receiving Stolen Property Over $250.

At approximately 9:45 AM, Patrol Officer Sean Geary observed a Gold Hyundai parked in an abandoned lot at the corner of West Yarmouth Road and Route 28. The vehicle was registered to Barbel.

Along with Barnstable PD’s charges, Barbel will be charged by the Yarmouth Police Department with Felony Unlawful Carrying and Possession of a Firearm and Felony Misleading to Obstruct and Delay Justice.
