YPD K9 Nero and K9 Nero pup update

YARMOUTH
– Fallen Sergeant Sean M. Gannon’s beloved partner K9 Nero continues to make his miraculous recovery!

K9 Nero is as strong as ever as he moves boldly forward under the loving care of retired Yarmouth Police Department K9 Officer and Trainer Peter McClelland.

We will know soon what his next step in his inspirational journey will be and will let everyone know in the next few weeks.

In addition, a brand new beautiful litter of 2,000 of the world famous ‘K9 Nero Pups’ have arrived and are currently being nurtured and raised under the care of The Yarmouth Police Foundation.

These K9 Nero Pups are available for adoption on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend from 9AM to 4PM at the Paw Palooza event at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School located at 210 Station Avenue in sunny South Yarmouth for a donation of only $20. Every penny from these adoptions will go towards building the Sergeant Sean M. Gannon Police Training Complex on the grounds of Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters.

The Yarmouth Police Foundation on-line store is being built and we will announce its Grand Opening soon!

The 100 men and women of The Yarmouth Police Department each express our gratitude for the unwavering love and support from around the world as we endure this tragedy and stand united to honor Sean and make the changes that must be made to keep us all safer.
