YPD reports alleged multiple offense OUI driver Brooks released, concern he may try to drive again

YARMOUTH – Joshua J. Brooks, the man arrested on Saturday for his 5th time of drunk driving after nearly crashing into a Yarmouth Police Officer on patrol, and who was wanted after his arraignment on Monday and captured by Yarmouth Police Officers hiding in his basement yesterday morning, has been released by the court and is back in public pending his next court case.

Yarmouth Police ask the public to be alert as Brooks has no license and should not be driving.

Please call 911 immediately if he is observed operating a motor vehicle.
