Many of us have experienced a feeling of intuition, but not everyone can say that intuition led them to be there for a friend who had a seizure. Cheryl Magee is one of those people. As a Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority driver Cheryl gets to know many of her regular passengers. When a regular customer, Henry Ramage, just didn’t seem to be himself one day, Cheryl took it upon herself to help. Cheryl didn’t allow him get off at the stop he wanted to and instead brought him to the transportation center, where he promptly had a seizure. Cheryl did not leave Henry’s side during the entire ordeal and for that he is eternally grateful. It’s safe to say their friendship was cemented that day and we are grateful that Cheryl was Henry’s bus driver, an ordinary person who did the extraordinary in helping someone in need.
