Mrs. Grace Snow Community Service Hero

Jill Britt Blanchard

The world could certainly benefit from a little more grace and Community Service Hero Jill Britt Blanchard brings grace, support and stability to other heroes in our community: veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress or Traumatic Brain Injury.

Appalled by the 22 percent suicide rate among veterans, Jill went all out spending countless hours researching the problem, coordinating with healthcare and military organizations to spearhead a coalition of experts and individuals ultimately creating the Grace Veterans Outreach Center.

The Center provides holistic programs aimed at mindfulness, stress reduction and other critical services to help veterans affected by mental injuries.

From garnering support, to establishing a website and designing programs aimed at what was best to help vets, Jill did it all with a passion and commitment that could not be matched.

She is a hero right along with America’s finest who have benefitted in so many ways from her unwavering support.
