Halloween House in Eastham

Halloween House

For some Cape Codders, Halloween is a high holiday. Take Deb Bedard of Eastham. She began decorating her house on October 3rd and won’t stop until every inch of her front yard is a total frightfest.
“I’ve been doing it for 15 years,” Deb told CapeCod.com. “Each year I add more and more.”
Deb’s house on Herringbrook Road is a haunted haven for skeletons on bicycles, a “Deadhead Daycare” center, an Undead Wedding, and a graveyard where hands pop out of the ground and a mummy lies in state next to the welcome sign.
“I get about 30 trick or treaters a year, not bad for a back road,” Deb said. “And there’s one little girl who waits in the car and sends her mom up to get the candy. She’s afraid to walk by the skeletons.”
