I thought I would write my blog this week on the WE CAN organization. I am so proud to say that I will be working with them from time to time to bring even more awareness to the programs and services they provide. Every year there are hundreds of women on Cape that seek support and guidance through WE CAN.
In March I hosted the “Girls Night Out” at Puritan to benefit WE CAN. So many wonderful and generous people came out to network and show their support and to help raise money for women in transition on Cape Cod.
This Thursday, June 2nd, I will am looking forward to attending the 12th annual “A day of Words, Wit and Wisdom” with three prominent authors Anita Diamant, John Searles, and Jane Green. This event has been sold out for months…a testament to how people feel about the importance of WE CAN and the events they sponsor to benefit women right here at home.
