I’ve Hit a Plateau

Greetings!

I have been very vocal about my weight, and trying to keep it under control. In November of 2017, I knew I had to do something … AGAIN! I had ballooned to almost 350 pounds. Enough was enough. I changed what I ate (actually just started eating less) and it started to come off, slowly.

In April of 2018, I stopped drinking alcohol completely. I haven’t had any since. I really hit the gym hard, and then it really starting falling off, and fast. I am feeling great, I don’t miss alcohol one bit, and I am down about 100 pounds! I hit that mark about three months ago and, then… nothing. I haven’t gained back more than maybe five pounds, but not to the point where I had to get the tent-sized clothes back. I donated them all to Goodwill in Hyannis.

I do not like this plateau. I changed up the workout, and am still eating the same boring stuff and, still, no loss of any significance. It is rather frustrating. I’ll never be a thin mint, but I want to lose another 30 pounds.

Have any ideas?

I thought of Keto, but I LOATHE veggies. Get rid of ALL carbs and dairy? Sugar too? What about coffee?
I don’t drink any soda; just a lot of seltzer. I’ve been working out a lot, and I am starting to gain muscle, but not dropping any more pounds.

Have any suggestions? E-mail me at [email protected].

Love you; mean it.

Ralphie
